About SED Fund
SED Fund is a philanthropic initiative to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of clean air, access to energy, clean water, climate action and equity, by backing efforts of governments and civil society on clean energy transition, according to principles of sustainability, diversity and equity. We amplify impact by consolidating philanthropic resources, strengthening country level institutions and civil society groups and supporting initiatives that will have the most impact in support of these goals.
The SED Fund acts as a convenor that is deeply networked into the wider ecosystem of expertise including: think tanks, health groups, data scientists, policy-makers, legal experts, funders, and civil-society groups. We currently support over 50 partners within this ecosystem.

Finance and Operations Assistant | Full-time | Hybrid | The Hague, The Netherlands
We are seeking a Finance and Operations Assistant to support SED Fund’s growth by supporting our Operations Team. Currently, SED Fund consists of 17 team members based in various countries.
The Finance and Operations Assistant will support the Operations Team (8 people) in their daily functions, such as reviewing and processing expenses, invoices, and policies, as well as taking on responsibility for office management, managing calendars, setting up meetings and providing general administrative support as and when needed for the wider team. For this role, we are looking for someone with financial administration, scheduling and office management experience who has the ambition and initiative to support the team and organisation long term in this role as we continue to grow. This candidate should demonstrate flexibility, a positive ‘can do’ attitude, motivation, and a mindset oriented towards growth.
